Here are a few ways you can get involved with Embody:

Support Provincial Eating Disorders Awareness Week (PEDAW)

There are many ways to support PEDAW, which runs from Feb. 1-7 annually. Host an event, wear purple, and view BC venues that are lit up purple. Share on social media with the hashtags #eatingdisordersawareness or #purpleforpedaw.

Write for Visions Journal

Visions is a quarterly magazine produced by HeretoHelp – a project of the BC Partners
for Mental Health and Substance Use Information, which includes Embody.
The magazine is a place to explore different aspects of wellness, share your own experiences, learn from others, and discuss ideas. Anyone can write for Visions. Please fill out this online form (hosted by HeretoHelp) so we can match your story or topic idea with a future issue.
